Sep 09, 2017 @ 7:00 PM

Green Day knows how San Antonio likes to party so they’re ending their tour in the 210. This tour is based on their latest album, Revolution Radio, which released on October 7th by Reprise Records. The album even debuted at No. 1 around the globe!

Revolution Radio includes their No. 1 song “Bang Bang” and the Top 10 hit song “Still Breathing.” The album received praises from a number of large news sites and magazines: Alternative Press called it “the most intensely personal Green Day album in years,” Entertainment Weekly said this was “their most focused album in years,” LA Times dubbed the album “a barnstormer of a new punk record,” Nylon wrote this “delivers in terms of music, lyrics, and an unstoppable and quintessentially Green Day energy,” Rolling Stone: “it reflects decades of accrued emotional and musical wisdom.” One of our favorite quotes was from Q who said, “Revolution Radio is Green Day back at their best.”

Green Day is an American punk rock band that was formed back in 1986, originally called Sweet Children. Today, Green Day consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, bassist Mike Dirnt, and drummer Tre Cool.

The group has sold more than 85 million records worldwide and has won five Grammy Awards (Best Alternative Album, Best Rock Album, Record of the Year, Best Musical Show Album, and once again Best Rock Album. In 2010, a musical adaptation on Broadway debuted from the song “American Idiot.” This went on to be nominated for three Tony Awards. Green Day made the list for “100 Greatest Artists of All Time” by VH1, and went on to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This is one bad you won’t want to miss!

Now, she is returning to the stage to give fans another unforgettable performance. This year’s tour is an extension of the Unbreakable tour and will also include songs from the “Unbreakable” album. Fans will be able to dance along to her biggest hits and newer track that have yet to be released.

Let’s not forget that Janet has accomplished many other things throughout her career – from acting to dance to business. She is a published author, dancer, businessperson, philanthropist, and one of the biggest-selling artists in history. She was even named NAACP Best Supporting Actor and sold over 160 million records around the globe.
